Watched Office Space again. But with a mission this time. Took notes with the idea of learning lessons for my screenplay-in-progress. I thought I knew every bit of the movie, but only now do I realize that Milton truly is the Plot B. Obviously, Peter is Plot A, but Milton has a lot of screen time and a full story arc. Milton may not travel a long distance emotionally, but his plot is intercut with Peter’s the entire length of the movie, and structurally that makes it Plot B. Next step is to break up my notes on Office Space into Act I, II, and III. Then reflect more on the plot.
