I will be updating the blog on a regular basis, mostly with thoughts on the writing process, the creative process, and communications theory. I also like to comment on artistic techniques that are particularly effect in current books, music, and film.

The blog is also a showcase for my photography. I love composing a shot. For me, 90 percent of a good shot is the subject. The butterfly below is a tiger swallowtail.
